GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's progress from our warehouse to your door. Check your email (including spam folder) for the confirmation and tracking details.
Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?
A: Yes, but only if your order hasn't been processed for shipping yet. Once your order status changes to "Preparing for Shipping," "Shipped," or "Delivered," we cannot make any modifications.

Q: What if I placed my order by mistake?
A: You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us right away if you wish to cancel. After 24 hours or once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
PAYMENT
Q: What payment methods does Jerseygist accept?
A: Jerseygist accepts two convenient payment options:
PayPal — Our primary payment gateway. Via PayPal, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
Direct Credit Card Payment — You can also pay directly with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.
Q: What currency are transactions in?
A: All Jerseygist transactions are processed in EUR (Euros). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank will automatically apply the current exchange rate at the time of charge.
For US customers: Your bank will convert USD to EUR using their exchange rate. Please note that your bank may charge additional currency conversion fees—contact your bank for details.
Q: Do you offer installment payment options?
A: At this time, Jerseygist does not offer installment or payment plans. Payment must be made in full at checkout. We do accept both PayPal and credit cards to give you flexibility in how you pay.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. PayPal and our payment processors handle all sensitive financial data with industry-standard security protocols.
SHIPPING
Q: Where does Jerseygist ship?
A: Jerseygist currently ships to:
- European Union countries — All EU member states
- Select European nations — Including the UK, Switzerland, Norway, and others
- European countries
- United States — All 50 states

Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Order processing takes 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and your chosen shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: €8.99
- Express Shipping: €12.99
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over €69 (standard delivery times apply)
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your package ships.
Q: How can I track my package?
A: Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on our carrier's website to track your package in real-time. You can monitor its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Q: What if I'm not home to receive my package?
A: Depending on your location and delivery method:
- The delivery partner may leave your package in a safe place (if applicable in your area)
- A redelivery attempt will be made the next day
- You may be asked to pick up your package at a local post office or distribution center
- The delivery partner may contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time
If you have specific delivery instructions, please note them in your order comments or contact us before your package ships.
Q: Will there be any customs duties or taxes on my order?
A: For European Orders: Orders within or to the EU may be subject to VAT and import regulations depending on your country of delivery.
For United States Orders: Orders shipped to the US may be subject to state sales tax, federal tariffs, or other applicable fees depending on your state and local regulations. You are responsible for complying with US import laws and paying any such costs.
These additional charges are determined by your local authorities, not by Jerseygist. Your delivery carrier will inform you of any applicable fees before final delivery.
RETURNS
Q: Does Jerseygist accept returns?
A: Yes! Jerseygist offers returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be in original, unused condition
- The item must be undamaged
- You must have proof of purchase
- Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Q: Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
A: Absolutely! Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns. When contacting our Support Center to return an item, simply let us know you'd like to exchange it for a different product instead of a refund.
We'll guide you through the process and ensure you receive your replacement item.
Q: Are returns shipping free?
A: Return shipping costs depend on the reason for your return:
Free Return Shipping:
- If the item arrived damaged
- If we sent you the wrong item
- If the item is defective
Paid Return Shipping:
- If you're returning the item for reasons not related to our error (change of mind, fit, style, etc.)
- Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Q: How long does it take to process a return?

- Confirmation: We confirm your return within 14 days of receiving the package

- Refund: Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 7 business days (depending on your bank)

Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable items
- Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital products
If you receive a defective or damaged version of any item, please contact us immediately—exceptions can be made.
Q: What do I need to include with my return?
A: When returning an item, please include:

Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

- A description of the issue
