Thank you for choosing Jerseygist. We're confident you'll love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we make returns and refunds easy. Please review our policy below.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at no cost within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has shipped or if 24 hours have passed, cancellation is no longer available. Please contact our Support Center immediately to request a cancellation.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase. The product must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • Free from damage or wear
  • In original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping Address

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team to receive detailed return instructions and tracking information.

Shipping Responsibility:

  • Consumer-initiated returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Jerseygist error (damaged/incorrect items): We cover return shipping at no charge to you

Return Process

  • Contact our Support Center to obtain your return authorization
  • Securely pack your item in original packaging
  • Include your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Ship to the return address above
  • Your return shipment may be free depending on the reason for return

Note: If your return is not due to a Jerseygist error, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Timeline:

  • We inspect your return within 2 business days of receipt
  • Full processing takes up to 14 days from receipt
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 7 business days (varies by card issuer)

Notification:

We'll send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been initiated.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Support Center immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
